From idea to execution.

A method is only useful if it survives contact with a real project. Ours is deliberately simple and applied every time.

    Understanding the problem

    We start with the people who have the problem, not with features. We write the problem down, agree on what success looks like and identify the constraints — legal, technical, budget and time.

  2. 02

    Planning

    A short written plan: scope, phases, risks and what we will deliberately leave out. Decisions are recorded so they can be revisited for a reason rather than forgotten.

  3. 03

    UX / UI design

    Workflow first, then screens. We design with real content, test with real people early and keep a single design system so the product stays coherent as it grows.

  4. 04

    Architecture

    Data model and service boundaries before frameworks. We prefer proven technology, strong typing and the smallest number of moving parts that solves the problem.

  5. 05

    Implementation

    Small, reviewable increments deployed continuously to a staging environment. Working software is visible from the first weeks.

  6. 06

    Testing

    Automated tests for logic and integrations, end-to-end checks of critical paths, accessibility and performance audits, and real-device testing — not just emulators.

  7. 07

    Deployment

    Reproducible builds, preview environments, security headers, monitoring and a rollback path, documented before launch day.

  8. 08

    Maintenance and improvement

    Dependencies updated, errors watched, usage measured and feedback turned into a prioritised list. Software is maintained, not abandoned.
